Band Bookings
Green Room Events only charges a 10% commission when we represent you, the band and negotiate a gig. A contract is generally used to secure our services.
Club Bookings
Green Room Events will procure a band for your club for a small booking fee if we are contracted by the club to negotiate and procure a band that is not under contract with us. If the band is under contract with us, then there will be no fee to the club as we will collect a commission from the band.
Full Event/Festival Production
Green Room Events will produce your event/festival. Everything from site selection to artist selection, production the day of the event and promotion of the event. We have great relationships with the best sound, lighting, security and even catering services.
Street Team Starter Kit
Includes base sign up sheet, Sample data spreadsheet to compile street team members, Sample street team membership cards for discounts and/or free admission to shows (when applicable), Sample cover letter to club/or street team member when sending flyers or posters to be posted in advance of a show, Suggestions on how to start a street team.
Street Team Package Design
This is the starter kit with your logos added to the various sheets, ready for you to copy and use!
Press Kit Starter Kit
Includes basic formats with your logo attached. All you have to do is fill in the info about your band. Will include pages for your bio, venues you’ve played, song list and press clippings.
Total Press Kit
We will design your press kit, including writing the bios and descriptions of your band. Includes one (1) meeting with the band to gather info for the press kit.
Note: All kits will be delivered to the artist as one digital copy and one hard copy.
Website Concept
We will design a concept for your website. Includes meeting with artist to come up with concept. We will set up a web designer for your band. Price for website design will be negotiated with the web designer. Green Room Events can negotiate this for you with the web designer. |
